Forecabin Headrests

The forward cabin of the SO39i along with many other Jeanneau's suffers from a drawback for those who like to read in bed as there is nowhere comfortable to lean against.

We had these simple stainless bars fabricated by a good local fabricator, Mr Stainless as a simple bolt on addition.

Whilst they could have had more complex backrests, I wanted to preserve the simple uncluttered look of the cabin.

Initially we simply used a pillow or cushion to "soften" the pole but now use a foam cushion. Most sailmakers or upholsterers will be able to make something suitable.
